Innovate with Certainty
Product design is the research, structure and interface work that decides whether people can actually use your software.
01A structured review of your product against how people actually use it. You get a written report with problems ranked by what they cost your users, each with a recommended fix and a rough effort estimate. Not a list of everything that could be improved, but an ordered list of what is worth doing. From $2,500.
02Talking to the people who use the product, watching them work, and finding where the friction actually is rather than where it is assumed to be. In B2B this reliably surfaces something the internal team stopped noticing years ago. From $4,000.
03Screen design for new products, or redesign of existing ones, delivered as a clickable prototype you can put in front of users before anyone writes code. From $6,000.
Every engagement starts with understanding the work your users are doing, not just the screens they are looking at.

Rather than a finished reveal at the end.
Where we disagree with a direction we will say so once, explain why, and then build what you decide.

A review of your product against real user tasks, a written report of problems ranked by impact, a recommended fix for each, and a rough effort estimate so you can prioritise. Two weeks, from $2,500, currently $1,500 under our launch offer. Hand the report to any development team, including your own. It is not written to require us.
From $2,500 for an audit, $4,000 for research, $5,000 for a design system and $6,000 for interface design on a new product. Most standalone engagements land between $2,500 and $15,000. If design is part of a full build with us, it is inside the project price rather than charged separately.
Yes, and a good share of our design work is exactly that. You get developer-ready files with components, states and responsive behaviour specified, and we stay available during the build. You do not need to hire us for development to work with us on design.
Organised design files with reusable components, exported assets, a written specification covering states and behaviour, and the clickable prototype. All of it yours, with full access. Nothing is held back to keep you dependent on us.
Both, and we would rather do both. Interface design without research is decoration. If you already have research, or have strong reasons to skip it, we will work from what you have and tell you where the gaps are likely to bite.
Two weeks for an audit, three weeks for a research study, three to four weeks for a design system, and three to five weeks for interface design on a new product. Larger products take longer, and you get a specific timeline before you commit.
We can. The design tool version and the coded component library are quoted separately. If we are also building your product, the coded version is part of the project.
You see work in progress from the first week, which is specifically so this surfaces early rather than at a final presentation. Revisions within the agreed direction are part of the engagement. A complete change of direction after sign-off is a new phase and we will price it honestly rather than absorbing it and cutting corners elsewhere.
Often that is the better answer, and the audit is designed to find out. Frequently a handful of targeted fixes to the most-used screens delivers more than a rebuild, for a fraction of the cost. If that is what we find, that is what we will recommend.
We design to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard: colour contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states, screen reader semantics. It is part of how we work rather than an add-on. Formal accessibility certification and legal conformance audits are a specialism we do not offer, and we will tell you when you need one.
Thirty minutes, no charge. Leave with a real cost range, a timeline, and a straight answer.
